A435 cycle path opens!

Gloucestershire County Council held a drop-in event for the opening of the A435 cycle path. The cycleway is an excellent project that encourages active travel via safe routes.

The route was largely funded by the Government's Active Travel fund and administered by the Department for Transport.

Pedestrians and cyclists can now safely travel from Honeybourne Line and along the A435 Evesham Road in Cheltenham, and the GE roundabout at the southern edge of Bishop’s Cleeve.
