Cllr Richard Stanley to take on the skies!

Leader of Tewkesbury Borough Council, Cllr Richard Stanley will be partaking in a wing walk on the 19th of August to raise funds for the James Hopkins Trust. The charity provides nursing respite care for Gloucestershire’s life-limited and life-threatened young children. 

Richard said: 

“This will be a huge challenge for me, as someone who is scared of heights. The hospice gets no government funding, so fundraisers like this one are key to supporting the charity.”

Cllr Stanley raised £2,000 for the James Hopkins Trust perviously by shaving his head.
