Move More move into the Homelands Community Centre

Move More, a health and wellbeing charity, has been handed the keys for the Homelands Community Centre in Bishop's Cleeve. Tewkesbury Borough Council awarded the tenancy for the centre to the charity following a competitive tender process.

Move More have opened the floor to local residents, to let them have their say on how the space should be used to best maximise its benefit. A six week consultation is open now, ending on 21 August, for members of the public to shape the future of the centre. If you wish to have your say, please fill out this form.

Council Leader, Cllr Richard Stanley, announced he was thrilled this tenancy was moving forward following delays from the developer:

“We are delighted to be handing over the keys to Move More, and very pleased to see they have opted to open a community consultation to let the public have their say on the space.”
